The 20th International FLAIRS Conference Submission of papers for presentation at the conference is now invited. Topics of interest are in all areas of artificial intelligence, including: Foundations * Knowledge representation * Cognitive modeling * Perception * Reasoning and programming * Search * Learning Architectures * Agents and distributed AI * Intelligent user interfaces * Natural language systems * Information retrieval * Robotics Applications * Aviation and aerospace * Education * Entertainment * Medicine * Management and manufacturing * World wide Web Implications * Philosophical foundations * Social impact and ethics * Evaluation of AI systems * Teaching AI Conference Proceedings Papers will be refereed. All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by AAAI Press. Select papers will receive best-paper awards. Paper Submissions Interested authors must submit an electronic PDF copy of their complete manuscript of no more than 6 pages by November 20, 2006. All submissions must be original work and not submitted concurrently to a journal or another conference. Submissions should be made through FLAIRS's Easychair site where you will need to register as an author. Authors should format their paper according to AAAI guidelines. Papers must be submitted in PDF format through the online submission system. Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign a form transferring copyright of their contribution to AAAI. An author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend FLAIRS, and present the paper. Authors are encouraged to check the special track topic areas and if applicable make submission to the relevant track. Special Tracks A number of special-track sessions will be held in parallel with other FLAIRS-20 conference sessions. For paper submissions to a special track, authors should contact the track chair directly. Authors are requested to consider submitting their paper directly to a special track if one exists that closely matches the topic of their paper. A list of all special tracks will be available on the conference site once the tracks are determined.
